We use a strengths-based, positive psychology, approach to school improvement work. As SIPs we support school leaders in evaluating performance, identifying the key areas for improvement and the development priorities, and also identifying the most effective strategies to meet them.
Our focus is always to build leadership capacity and capability through a collaborative approach; coaching, mentoring and delivering bespoke guidance … and bringing clarity through having transparent and tough conversations when they are needed. Our aim is to ensure that the leadership team is equipped to manage the complexity of the internal and external education environments.
Additionally, Being and Doing Partners has experience in successfully meeting the DfE requirements for setting up new special schools and AP Academies, as well as special education service design and evaluation, including organisational restructures for local authorities.
